MOSCOW, Jun 23 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian oil major Lukoil have approved a decision to pay 350 rubles per share, or a total of 242.5 billion rubles, in final dividends for 2019, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
Taking into account the interim dividend payment in 2019, the total payout for 2019 stands at 542 rubles per share or almost 380 billion rubles in total.
For 2018, the company paid total dividends of 250 rubles per share.
